Country-N-Rock Alliance Artist Quotes

LoriAnn Feeley

"When I was a little girl, I always felt different
than the rest. I always felt like I was a little left
of center, until my second grade music teacher told me
that I had a gift. I never forgot those words. From
that point on, music has truly been my passion and has
gotten me through those rough spots in life. It's
amazing the impact that all of us can have on one
child, and change the course of their lives forever.
If I can bring that same joy of music to as many
children as I can possibly reach, then my job as an
artist has truly been successful."LoriAnn Feeley

"I wish that I could capture the spirit of a child and hold it in my hands, for there is nothing more innocent and precious in this wide world. Children are so very special and should be considered such a gift to all of us. Thank you so very much for allowing me to be a part of such a fabulous cause."Heather Wiggins

"What draws me to music is it's power to make you feel. You may feel any number of things; but it is always something. The music I create is an overflow of my own emotions and I love when that connects with someone else . Truly, we have all been given gifts that we were meant to share. The hope is that those gifts will bring joy to those around us. In uniting with Country-N-Rock Alliance and the Miracle Foundation; I am sharing my heart and my passion for music to do just that."Kimberly Quinn

"They say that you're born again as you see the world through a child's eyes. After all, who can look at the world with greater wonder and excitement than children! We all remember when the days were long and there was nothing but time…and hopefully, we all understand that every child deserves every chance to experience this beauty. Being a part of the Mason Lindley Miracle Foundation is truly special to me due to my own personal experience: a few weeks after I was born, my parents were told that, due to severe respiratory illness, my time was limited. Luckily, I am here today…and now, the Mason Lindley Miracle Foundation, is giving me the opportunity to share some of the same spirit that gave me my second chance. It greatly excites me to bring my music to helping hands and ears and to be part of such an incredible foundation of optimism! Thank you for the chance to help make some days long again for those who need them – I hope everyone out there can get involved. " Mason Douglas

"I don’t think that you can truly know fear until you become a parent. I often say that they make you fill out more paperwork to buy a car then they do to take a baby home from the hospital. Every day I thank God that my daughters are happy and healthy and every night I ask Him to keep them that way. I wish they could stay little forever, but I know that’s not possible. I am honored to be a part of the Mason Lindley Miracle Foundation and to be able to share my talents with families who are experiencing my greatest fear. I hope that it brings them peace, a smile and a ray of hope."Lisa Dames

“Sometimes life throws us a curve ball and we never know if it will be good or bad. Sometimes these curve balls can be down right tragic. What the Lindley’s went through with little Mason was just that, yet little Mason and his family dug deep down to turn this tragedy into a Miracle! Mason’s story will live on and surely brighten the hopes and futures of children and families that go through the toughest of times. I for one will do my best to spread the word and support this wonderful mission that is the Mason Lindley Miracle Foundation!!! God Bless Mason and may his memory burn bright for countless others that will be impacted by this courageous story and the wonderful foundation created in his name.” Ansel Brown

"Before I'm an artist, I'm a person. A person who was a child not too long ago. So if I can't remember life as a child, and imagine what it would be like to be sick, who will? If my music can help you, when you can't help yourself, let me sing to heal the wounds that medicine can't fix. Music is my life, let me give my life, to you." KarLee Rigby

To think that through this you have turned to music, and in turn found me! How lucky I am to have been invited to help show LIFE and be a part of the team to support Mason and his legacy. Nikki Werner

"When I was contacted by Chuck Lindley about having my music be a part of Country-N-RockAlliance, I was immediately inspired to help out. Reading of the terrible tragedy his son, Mason, and their family went through, and the other children who face their own medical challenges every day really touched my heart. When I was 12 years old I had major back surgery to correct scoliosis at the Vancouver Children's Hospital and had many subsequent trips back there for check-ups. My little sister, Chantal had the very same surgery there 4 years later. We are both very thankful to all the medical staff there, who without their help, would probably have a lot of back pain now. Also, being a mother of two little ones, Lauryn, 3 years, and Emily 8 months, this cause has an extra special place in my heart as I am glad to know that if they ever needed medical help, there is hope in the wonderful organizations like this one, and the many hospitals, charities and giving people out there ready and willing to lend a hand. I feel truly blessed and am so thankful to be a part of this and I pray that my music will bring hope to the many hurting children and families out there who need it the most."Nikki Werner

Josh Addair

"Music is so hugely influential to everyone. Most people have a certain song, or artist that they can come home and listen to even after the worst day. Just hearing that person's voice or that song they love can make them feel better. It may only be for the three or four minutes - whatever the length of the song may be, but it makes them feel better. There are songs out there for any situation that you may be facing and hearing a certain song can make you feel like you are not the only one who has gone through this. Someone else has faced this too and they made it through. I'm going to be alright after all. For me to be involved in the writing of my songs as deeply as I am; it's just really cool to know that I could help someone through a hard situation by writing about something similar that I've gone through." N Rock United Artist Quotes

"In this current climate of Bob Geldof and big names doing big things, I think it's important to remember that EVERYBODY has
SOMETHING to offer. I have been given a gift of song, and it isn't mine to keep to myself, it's to share. What better legacy can we leave than to teach our children that philanthropy is part of humanity. If we don't invest in our children, we are looking at a finite
existence." V.K. Lynne (V.K. Lynne's Official Website)

Much too often people live this life just passing by, without any concern of the needs of others. It's a privilege to be part of a cause that refuses to look away from those needs, especially the needs of our children! It is an honor for us, that in some small way through our music, we can be a part of those who are willing to make a difference in this world!" Jack Marques, Mars Hill & solo artist

"Music is nothing less than pure, heartfelt expression....it's a spritual
being that everyone can relate to regardless of race, creed or color. The
same can be said for life itself, and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming. The NRock / Lindley Foundation is a celebration of life, hope, strength, and
the power of unity...the same foundation on which music is built. I am
honored to be a part of this growing family of kindhearted individuals, and
hope that my musical contributions can help yield a brighter tomorrow." Rich Hannon

"I knew at a very early age that God wanted to use me for something great. All I ever felt I had to offer was my music. God is graciously allowing me to contribute what I love to do most." (Whitney Steele Official Website)

"The Way is extremely honored to be able to give something to such a wonderful cause, having 3 children of my own only touches the soul even more. There is to much greed in the world and not enough people willing to give to others. Life is a gift to us and I am glad I can use my gift to make a difference for the better." "Life is a seed that we often take for granted. The fruits of What we sow in this lifetime will be harvested for generations to come. Mason is an example to us all that despite the hardship and struggle we face in our own lives, we can still reach out to those around us. "It's an honour and a pleasure to be a part of Mason Lindley's Foundation. The story touched me from the very first moment his father Chuck Lindley contacted me and asked if I would join and be a part of such a great team as N Rock United.
It's a great privilege to use music for a good cause; to help others; and to be a part of something precious in life. I've been in the war zone as a UN Soldier in South of Lebanon. Seeing families and children suffer from the war;I've seen more than enough to know what I'm talking about and what it takes to make that little difference in life. It takes so little to reach out a hand and help. Several times I've played and performed for children with cancer in my hometown of Bergen making them and their families smile and forget the pain with love, peace and music. Music is harmony, happiness and joy. It's a language everybody understands in our world.
Thanks to Chuck Lindley for letting me be a part of this great organization. Thanks to everybody who has an understanding and a big heart to follow such a great path in life;those understand the meaning of the words help and support ! Join and make a difference! Terje Eide,On The Rise
